    Ever notice how life can feel like a roller coaster? One minute you're on top of the world, and the next, a tiny hiccup throws everything off balance.

    That's why I'm passionate about creating a well-rounded, high-performance lifestyle. Today, I'm sharing the five core areas I focus on to keep my life running smoothly, even when things get hectic.

    I've put in the work to become a high-performance individual, and I'm excited to share my strategies with you. Let's break down these five key areas:

    Remember, how you approach one area of your life often reflects how you handle the others. Today, we'll dive deep into the first two, with a sneak peek at the rest.

    #1: Beauty & Self Care


    For me, self-care isn't just about looking good—it's about feeling good from the inside out. When I take care of myself, I perform better in all areas of my life. It's not vanity; it's about showing up as my best self for me and for those around me.

    I start each day by taking a few minutes to focus on gratitude. Sometimes it's as simple as appreciating my dogs' unconditional love. This practice sets a positive tone for the day ahead.

    #2: Health & Fitness


    My morning routine is the cornerstone of my day. I'm up at 5 AM, using that first hour—my "Creation Hour"—to set intentions and prepare for the day ahead. By 6 AM, I'm at the gym with my team at House of Gainz.

    My workout routine looks like this:

    • Monday: Back

    • Tuesday: Quads and glutes

    • Wednesday: Chest

    • Thursday: Shoulders

    • Friday: Hamstrings and glutes

    • Saturday: Flex day (usually extra glute work, because who doesn't want a great booty?)

    Working out with a team of dedicated individuals pushes me to new levels. Find your fitness crew—it makes a world of difference.

    Now, let's talk nutrition and supplements. I'm all about optimizing my body's performance through targeted supplementation. Here are some key players in my daily regimen:

    1. Biote hormone replacement

    2. Creatine and Amino Acids

    3. DIMM (hormone balancer and metabolism booster)

    4. ADK5 (vitamin D, K2, and A)

    5. Methyl Factor (for heart and bone health)

    6. Beef liver pills (for iron and collagen production)

    7. Probiotic (for gut health)

    8. NAD injections (for energy and DNA repair)

    I also use spray magnesium before bed to help with sleep and muscle relaxation.

    Remember, always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement routine. What works for me might not be right for you.

    I'm currently focusing on increasing my protein intake to support muscle growth and recovery. Aiming for 130 grams of protein daily is a challenge, but it's making a noticeable difference in my energy levels and workout performance.

    Hydration is another key factor. I'm working on drinking 100 ounces of water daily. It's not easy (I'd much rather have an iced coffee!), but the benefits are worth it.

    #3-5 Career & Finances, Mindset, and Relationships


    While we'll dive deeper into these areas in future chats, they're equally crucial to living a high-performance life. Your career success, financial stability, mental resilience, and strong relationships all contribute to your overall wellbeing and success.

    Remember, balance is key. When you're firing on all cylinders in these five areas, you'll feel unstoppable. But don't beat yourself up if one area lags behind—use it as motivation to improve.

    I encourage you to take some time to reflect on these five areas in your own life. Where are you thriving? Where could you use some improvement? Start small—maybe it's setting a new fitness goal or establishing a morning routine. Every step forward counts.
